We chatted with several experts to know their best kept
secrets on how to get rid of those extra pounds in a safe and effective way.
If you soon have a wedding or go on vacation and want to
look great, do not hesitate to apply these tips to achieve. List?
1. Say goodbye to the cocktails
" Empty calories from alcohol are deadly, so refraining
from drinking can make a big difference," says Lauren Slayton, a
nutritionist and author of The Little Book of Thin.
"I recently worked with a girlfriend who avoided
alcoholic drinks three weeks before her wedding and lost 2.5 kilograms,"
he says.
Tip Glamor: Take a balanced, low calorie meal plan that does
not make you deserted quickly. Go with a nutritionist to provide you with a
personalized and healthy meal plan.
If you cannot stop drinking altogether or go to an event
that merits partying with a little alcohol, alternate each drink with a glass
of water and opt for a glass of white wine instead of drinking a beer or a
cocktail super Dulce.
This way you will get rid of all those unnecessary calories
and hydrate your body.

2. Eat simple snacks
" Choose something rich in protein or fiber to feel
satisfied for longer," says Lisa Young, a professor of nutrition at New
York University.
Choose options that are 100% reliable, such as shredded
cheese (preferably panela or Oaxaca), fruit, dried meat, a handful of walnuts
or hummus, cereal (try the new Kellogg's low sugar line) or a yogurt and
healthy are the Greek yogurts, Yoplait, and the Actinia with granola, chia and
linseed).
Select two or three of these snacks to eat between each of
the different meals you make during the day and stick to them.
" The more variety of foods we have, the more we eat,
" Slayton says. "It is better to have few options to achieve weight
loss."
Seven Rules for Snacks
3. Get creative with vegetables
As you know, they are full of fiber, vitamins and
antioxidants.
"I'm sure if you consume them, you will not crave
cookies," says Young.
As a goal, try to eat two cups a day. A great option to
prepare them is with hot sauce, curry or ginger.
4. Establish a plan
If you are looking for the perfection of your body, then why
do not you do the same with your meals?
" Planning is everything," Young says. "When
you do not have guidelines in your eating habits, you end up taking anything
that is at your fingertips," he adds.
It takes five minutes of your time in the mornings to
imagine exactly what you are going to ingest in each of your meals and snacks.
If you are going to be at work or running from one side to
the other doing different activities, put healthy food into your bag, so you
will not be tempted to go buy some delicious glazed donuts, some potatoes or
some cookies.
Apples, pears and individual envelopes containing various
types of nuts are a super option.

5. Give a boost to your exercise routine
Do you repeat the same circuit every day in the gym or do
you always do an elliptical? Well, you're stuck!
Shake your system by adding a double training session
weekly. Have a stationary bike in the gym in the morning and weightlifting in
the afternoon or evening.
You can also run a bit and then take a class of bars. As a
tip, you should increase your daily activity.
"You need to move, the longer you sit, the fewer
calories you burn," warns coach David Kirsch, who suggests doing quick
sit-ups, stretches or pushups during the day.
"These small changes will help keep you motivated to
achieve your ultimate goal."
