" Empty calories from alcohol are deadly, so refraining from drinking can make a big difference," says Lauren Slayton, a nutritionist and author of The Little Book of Thin.
"I recently worked with a girlfriend who avoided alcoholic drinks three weeks before her wedding and lost 2.5 kilograms," he says.

If you are going to be at work or running from one side to the other doing different activities, put healthy food into your bag, so you will not be tempted to go buy some delicious glazed donuts, some potatoes or some cookies.

5. Give a boost to your exercise routine
Do you repeat the same circuit every day in the gym or do you always do an elliptical? Well, you're stuck!
Shake your system by adding a double training session weekly. Have a stationary bike in the gym in the morning and weightlifting in the afternoon or evening.
You can also run a bit and then take a class of bars. As a tip, you should increase your daily activity.
"You need to move, the longer you sit, the fewer calories you burn," warns coach David Kirsch, who suggests doing quick sit-ups, stretches or pushups during the day.
"These small changes will help keep you motivated to achieve your ultimate goal."
